you have came across the second most aggressive dragonian we have, Diablo can easily snap you neck by just pinching it. he won't do it but he can. Diablo is actually rather calm most of the time, he has learned to think before he does something that may have huge consequences, like tearing off his wings by force. as he is the second in command in the village he often does the talking for his mother, his height and huge claws often help getting trough to people.
if you have just arrived do not fear Diablo, he would only vent his anger in the friendly battles with his mother.
you may find him wandering around with a feathered female following him around or meditating to clear his mind. if he's doing neither he'll likely be following his mom.
